This appears to be market behavior based on what we have seen so far. One man bought and deposited the funds. (Hackers don’t deposit). Others followed. Can’t see linkage between the accounts. 1/3 https://t.co/QlB1VnlHVs

We are aware of the concept of too much intervention from the platform, “too centralized” attacks, etc. There is a limit to how much intervention we can do. Sometimes these occur in the free market. We need to allow it to happen. 🙏 3/3.

Good morning, guys. Unfortunately two days ago my Binance account got exploited through an API which I’ve created 2 years ago and haven’t used since which I assumed I deleted but apparently didn’t. It was used for trades on low-cap coins in order to increase the profit.

More than 20 people are currently investigating. I have now information about the loss and your Ip address. This is not a case that you can claim compensation for. Social influence won’t change that. All users are treated equally. Important is ensuring that your API key is safe. 🙏

Your account was put into withdrawal-only mode. The withdrawal was made in response to threats to our CS. This decision is not connected to our Twitter conversation. To assist you, we gathered a team that included more than 20 case officers. We’re sorry that this has happened, but we wish you the best. pic.twitter.com/lTkKy2WnJS

There have been some false rumors shared by bad faith actors using falsified evidence to claim 3Commas leaked users’ API keys. These rumors are related to false screenshots of Cloudflare logs shared on Youtube and Twitter.
